Will EOTrackMe interface with Oziexplorer (Android) same as the PC version ?
i.e. when I start EOTrackMe (android) it automatically starts Oziexplorer.
At the moment I have to start each individually.

No not the same the Android system does not link the two programs together like the PC version. There is no provision for this in the programs, you will need to start them both.
