LC 80 TD low gearing

Any easy way to drop highway revs in an 80 TD at 110 kms? Auto is much lower, but imports are a little frowned upon!!

Or bigger tyres......bloke I know has a 80 T/d with 35" BFG muddies and it revs about the same as my GU with 265/75s (ie: around 2050 rpm @ 100k/h)
As discussed earlier though, there could be insurance implications......but they look horn (as truckster would say) and the bigger foot print is very bloody handy.
