Mine is just an opinion, but with all the strange and changeable weather we have been having lately, along with many saying that we are in for a decent wet up north.
Plan 'A' I would assume would be taking in as much off road as possible. I think this far ahead I would be taking plan 'B' which is stick to the tar and the coast. You can include some of plan 'A' which would be travelling some of the more remote locations pending weather changes.
As a solo traveller may be best.

Gidday
I drove from
Broome to
Perth a week or so ago via the Boreline Road through
Shay Gap and on to
Marble Bar and then down through
Nullagine to
Newman and on south through
Meekatharra.
Not sure how
Wiluna fits your itinerary. it is a long diversion from the most direct route.
The road from the Great Northern Highway to
Marble Bar is good outback dirt and a great drive through some lovely
Pilbara landscapes. Likewise the road on to
Newman which has some sealed sections around
Roy Hill.
As noted above weather would be the only worry on the dirt. But November is early for a lot of rain. And the bitumen is always
plan B.
Cheers
Ross

I was thinking exactly the same thing, you would only travel through
Wiluna, if you were travelling from Kalgoorlie through to Meeka and
Marble Bar.
Travelling from
Perth through Meeka and
Marble Bar, it doesn't make much sense to go to
Wiluna.
