Observed the other day a 4wd with a caravan parked up in middle of Robinson street get a ticket for
parking on the grass in median strip when it clearly states no
parking on grass etc most of the bays are now angle
parking not parallel allowing for long articulated vehicles. and honestly it was a fair infringement plenty of signs etc but still did as they pleased.
Fear not plenty of after
parking around the place one handy at the waste
dump point (
hill street just past
caltex woolworths servo) -short walk to centrelink for the
grey nomads who need to solve issues, dirt
parking area east side of woolworths shopping centre and a few
places along fascine and opposite the original gascoyne hotel/pub all within short walk of town centre & info centre.
Fresh water is not at the sullage disposal site its located just south of
T junction of North west coast hwy and Robinson street/road - get 2 or 3 sizeable rigs in there at a time
fortunately I managed to stop one elderly gent who had started filling up with recycled water in his tanks at the sullage disposal site, he was advised by local
ranger was safe to use (never trust a local) there is a sign there but unless your a giraffe (like me) and look upwards you wouldn't even see the sign even if it hit you in the head
