Gidday all, is anyone using 3D floor Mats ? Interested in purchasing some for a 200 series. The other ones that look good are Sand Grabbers.

Had 3D mats in our Prado 150 for 4 years. Still look brand new. Similar bucket shape as the sand grabbers, can hose out and still look carpet like. Grey colour matches Prado interior nicely. Got ours at a good price ( can't remember exactly ) on eBay. I would get them again for sure.

Rob, what do you mean by carpet like ? They are rubber ones ?

Hi Boof, the mats are rubber so they hold spills but they have a slight flock finish like really short carpet pile. They are fine to clean and don't look like an industrial rubber mat and you have a choice of colours.

G'day Boof

Can't comment on how the 3D mats fit in a 200 series but they fit extremely well in my PX Ranger and after having sand grabbers in both my Patrols I prefer the 3D's

Happy and safe travelling

Cheers

Hi Boof

I have had the Sand Grabbers now in my Prado for over 9 years and still like new.

Not sure what the 3D mats are like but mine are not rubber, but a moulded type vinyl and fit like a glove, trap all sand, dirt and mud. They use press studs under the door trip to keep them secure. I have them both front and rear, not cheap at the time, but will outlast my vehicle.

Underneath, the carpet is like new.

Cheers

The Toyota factory mats ate really good too. They obviously fits eactly and have the custom look. With high edges it traps all sand and dirt. If I had to replace my mats now, I would fit these again.
The back mat is even better, as it is one continous mat acoross the floor. No movement and covers 100%
