Bloody annoying website!

Bought some stuff from the ExploreOz shop this morning and now every page I look at has my account details dropped down for editing.
Clicking the 'collapse' arrow, adding useless extra field etc simply delays the edit pages return with the next page refresh.
How do I get rid of the idiot thing?

Hi Malcom,

This sounds like the system is trying to get you to complete registration. To clear this, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Profile button at the top right of the screen.
2. Click on the Home Tab (has a house symbol with your screenname next to it).
3. Click on the Logoff button.
4. Click on the Sign In button (appears where the profile button was).
5. Click on the Register Tab.
6. Click on the Reset button which appears on the Register Tab.
7. Click on the Sign in button again, then click on the Login tab, enter your details and login.

Once this is done, the "My Details" tab will no longer open on every page. If you require any assistance with this, just give me a call on 08 9467 4025.

Malcom, just further to this, did you by any chance use a different email address when you placed the order? As I just looked up your profile and it appears it was only created today?

No I didn't but to try and get rid of this problem, I inserted a space into the 'wifes name' box and saved it. Guessing thats where the confirmation message was generated.
It was doing this before I clicked the update.

Thanks Malcom, sorry it looks like I was a bit confused, the profile was validated on the 9/11/16 but it was actually created back in 2012 (I just had to scroll further back to view the history). The validation appears to have been prompted when you entered those details so you are spot on with that. Unfortunately if the steps I provided in my previous response have not worked, we're going to have to take some further steps. I have your phone number from your order so will give you a call in a few minutes so that I can talk you through it.
