Hi, unable to continue the thread since its been archived, but wanted to know if you programmed the radio yourself or if someone had done it for you. I've just received the F-221 from the states along with programming cable & software but cannot seem to be able to program the unit. Just wondering if you might be able to help.

mine myself.
Send me your email address to tuco_ramirez@ziplip.com and I will send you a couple of icf files that will give you UHF CB and 65
Police RX. Be sure to save your original icf before you upload the replacement.
