Redbook is only good from a certain POV. I'm sure I could sell my Patrol for significantly more that the Redbook value.

Check out Car Sales . com . au and any other site you can find.

Are you in a rush, or can you wait? There's a few factors that will influence the price you're happy to sell for

Hi

You may be right - RedBook may be more aimed at buyers - so they have a guide when buying from sellers who think their car is worth more than it is actually is :)

Obviously other guides such as car sales should be looked at to see what is going down in the real world.

Cheers

Just remember the 'golden rule' of selling a vehicle , start with a high price , you can always go lower but you can't go higher ,lower mileage and good service records can add $$$,,,,,

The prices for GU 4.2td and tdi are rediculously high. They are slow, don't tow anything heavy, overheat up long hills but they are super reliable. Patrols may be tough but their engines have been their weakness! Michael.
