People who don't let their tires down enough on the beach, drive to fast to compensate for it, then cut the beach to pieces making it impossible to drive in other peoples tracks because your car gets thrown around too much.
GIST: AIR DOWN ON THE BEACH!

Absolutely!
In the Parks of the Mallee & West Wimmera where we own a property on the boundary of Little Desert N.P. we see it all the time. We even have to have a word to friends that visit us & justify it by saying they don't want to have to air up again!
Not to mention a few that think its great to drive around the sandy tracks in 2wd because they think you need to engage 4wd when you get stuck. Some just wont change their thinking no matter how many times you advise them otherwise.
Cheers

I think the real underlying reason is that many do not have air compressors or are too lazy to use them so they take it out on the vehicle

They must be Coopers if they are tires. Are other brands "tyres" do they also have to be let down to lower pressure on the beach?
