Anyone know relationship of Mobicool fridge to Dometic/Waeco ?

Recently brought a 38l car fridge called MCF-40 as they looked good and currently cheap ($499) with cover.
Couldn't find out much more except sus reviews from promo companies.

Trying to find out who is company behind them and I'm sure they are related to Waeco somehow.

The warranty refers to Dometic Australia but searches there and on Waeco site turn up nothing which I find strange.

Perhaps a boatload was brought in from china for Xmas.

The actual fridge is quite good if its the sort of product your after , it appears designed to have a large cooling space with more or less constant temperature as opposed to being cold in one place and warmer at other end which can then be used as fridge and freezer at once.

As we don't keep anything frozen its great for us with less chance of icing up a lettuce.

P.S. One reason we got it was its dimension W=445 H=365 however the actual manual and product are actually reversed i.e. W=365 H=445
