Good read. On the solar panels, I'm with you, I have two 120W panels fixed go the roof and never have any problems...

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with how the electrics turned out. It might on face value seem like an excess of solar, but so far it has proved itself even when the weather is less than perfect.
On 'good days', my main Aux battery can be fully recharged by 10am or so, and I can then easily switch over to charge the 3rd battery (under the bonnet) for the second fridge.
So far so good for the electrics.
