Has anyone experienced any problems with the pumps on these units or am I just having a bad week. I purchased a new one and when it arrived the pump housing was cracked and was unusable. I received a replacement and that too was cracked in exactly the same places. Once again another replacement duly arrived and yes you guessed it, it too was cracked in the same places so now I'm awaiting pump number 4 but I'm concerned that if it's not cracked it won't be long before it developes them.
The unit is only a week old and I am seriously considering getting a full refund as I have lost faith in it and does anyone know of a good instant water heater system for a camper trailer up to $350 that won't give up the ghost on day 2
Cheers

After owning a HWOD unit I would not buy another Coleman anything. They seem to dump unwanted goods in OZ.
My unit had a battery which couldn't stand on it's own let alone hold a charge.
Upgraded to a RED HWOD unit. That does seem to work.

The RED unit had a 240 charger which suddenly burnt out and supplied high voltage to the 12 charge lead. Absolute junk. It was replaced but their investigation remains a secret and they didn't tell me the result of the safety test.

I am not surprised you have had 4 pumps. hey probably have a mailing person employed for just that.

I'm thinking of hiring a skip bin to take away the dead pumps and hoses..... looks like a refund might be on the cards.
