i am have trouble down loading track logging have down loaded all the maps but i can not do the track logging it is not alive this is on my ipad

To all reading this - Keith and I have already spoken. I've advised him that he needs to locate the settings in his iTunes account to not restrict in-app purchasing as this is why the app is not allowing him to press the option to purchase Track Logging. He says he's tried but he is stuck and looking for more help.

I cannot purchase track logging through the app if I click the red trolley button nothing happens and the orange button is paled out

I tried the solution above but no difference.

I do not have a credit card linked to iTunes acc and when I purchased the app and hi res mapset I used gift cards from office works.

Is this what's causing people not to be able to purchase logging --- no card or credit on their acc at iTunes

You have to have a payment method setup in iTunes to enable in-app purchasing yes.
