Track logging purchase problem

I have trouble purchasing track logging in-app. I've successfully downloaded the premium maps but I can not purchase the track logging it is not alive on my iphone (I cannot purchase track logging through the app if I click the red trolley button nothing happens and the orange button is paled out). I've been advised I need to not restrict in-app purchasing in iphone settings, I've disabled all the restrictions but make no different.I'm desperately looking for more help.

It's free if you take out membership

You need a credit card or payment means active on your iTunes account
Or load some credit via iTunes gift cards from officeworks

I do have the iTunes account which I used to buy the app and the premium map.

I'm happy to buy a membership but when I checkout it seems to me a package will be sent to my home address. I'm in the UK and travelling in Australia within a week. Any digital option available for membership?

I will travelling to great central road, track logging still work there without phone signals?

The membership is all online
Just email Michelle to be sure

The only thing that gets posted is a window sticker and a brochure I think.

That would look unique back home
