Hi All
Just a note to GU Patrol owners to
check your wheel turning stops.
I almost lost both because they are coming loose, and when i spoke to the Nissan dealer he told me they had several that had fallen out or almost about to.
these stops are located on the wheel knuckle and they just hit on the axle.look like a square head bolt with a lock nut.
Cheers Tim

Hi Tim,
I have checked
mine on my 1999 GU and I only have one on the drivers side. Tell me is there supposed to be one on the passenger side. I see that there is a threaded hole and striker plate so I assume that
mine has come adrift.
Please advise me if this is so.

My '99 GI 2.8L also only has a drivers side stop, though has location for passenger side. The manual for GU suggests that there should be two of them. Good post Tim!
