Hear Hear, jusr asked Lyn if Al was working today or resting up, he's been putting in the big hours getting everything right, so a big rest is well overdue. Can't wait to hear what snippets or aussie culture Callum and Tegan pick up on this trip, worldly in-deed!

Hi Steve,

it's action stations here...[so why am I still in my jarmies at 9.15am !!!] I've got clothes piled up on the spare bed to pack into the van...and am thinking I might need to cull a few....ahahaha...the kids have been told they can only take a couple of toys..but to a child a couple means their entire collection minus one....will have to explain that concept again...the cruiser had it's service yesterday, got a stoneguard fitted and a few other things and an oil change...Al has the spare bits and pieces neccessary to take along "just in case"...Diamond is coming here tomorrow I believe to help out with something...the van has been reinforced....storage boxes and awning are on..Al just needs to rig up the stone guard he's making.....Wombat's camper has new "fast" legs, storage boxes, stone guard etc..so I think we're just about ready to go, 5 more sleeps but who's counting....hahahahaha

thanks for the wishes....I shall log on when I can and give updates as to how we're going..I've also got a stack of stickers I might leave about the place [appropriate places..and only with permission.....but don't tell the Lone Wolf...he might get jealous....]

Lyn

Have a great trip guys, roads are slowly opening up, so hopefully by the time you reach Maree, the Oodnadatta will be OK to travel. I will send you sms on conditions as you go.

Cheers

Rig picture is presenting some problems.

I can't believe that the LC is 11 months old an I don't actually have a picture of it. Taking a picture in the driveway just doesn't seem right but appears to be the only way forward until the trip.

Cheers

G'day Lyn and Al,
If the winds of fate blow you through our neck of the woods (Kadina, SA), don't hesitate to give us a shoutttt.
Or maybe we'll see you at the Berri shindig??????? with Des Lexic and Pesty et al....
