We are planning a trip in July 2017 travelling from Cameron's Corner to
Bourke via
Tibooburra. Has anyone travelled this road recently and know what the conditions are like? What would the expected travel time be? What PSI should I run on? I am travelling in a Mitsubishi Triton - not towing.

While I have no current information, normally if it's not raining, then it's a bunch of nice dirt roads. There's a lot of gibbers on the east side of
Tibooburra through the Sturt Stony Desert. You can drive it in a day if you aren't stopping and looking around. I'm referring to the route through
Wanaaring.

The road via
fort grey is ok. A little corrugated but not bad at all. We ran 26 psi cold towing the camper. Enjoy your trip.

Sorry didn't let you know what pressures we use on dirt. Normally 25 and 27 front and rear and 27 on camper. Have used these setting for 10 years now on all major dirt road, Kimberly's,
Birdsville and outback Queensland. No punctures with AT tyres 10 plys.

Drove these roads last weekend. It's dead easy nice dirt roads . 80kph, lower your tyre pressures.
