Yes it is, I just need to know what it's actually called so can search for some. I purchased some seats second hand but my wagon is missing these parts so I can install them

i would go into tayota , talk to them about price etc or go to wreckers witch is most likely best option ...

Toyota dealer will most likely have a pictorial parts catalogue, take the
pic in with you, get a price, sometimes little bits like this are negligible in cost.
If too costly, then take the printed photo (or phone photo) to an auto wrecker with the right vehicle in stock . . . you might not have a choice of colour, but this may not be relevant or important to you.

Agree with the trip to the spare parts of your local Toyota dealer.
The price may actually surprise you. I had a genuine radio aerial replaced - non motorised (old fashioned type) and it was $32 dollars cheaper than the cheapest auto store. Also, their (auto store) flange mounts needed to be modified to fit.

Its just a plastic trim and not required for
seat anchoring.

If the car didn't come with rear seats factory you may need to get a compliance plate to make it legal, in qld anyway.

The part under the plastic will have to be welded in , and yes it is supposed to be approved , the part has a reinforcement panel under the floor it is spot welded .
