I don't have personal experience of this brand but the panel specs look good, and the charge figures (Ah/day) on their website are realistic, so that's a very good start!
It also looks like the regulator is located close to the battery (perhaps you can
check with the supplier), which is the most important thing with folding solar panels - that way you get maximum power into the battery.

So the technical side all looks good! Personally I'd go for the 160W one, especially if you're powering a 12Volt compressor fridge - just gives you that bit extra.
Now it's up to the price - unlikely to be the cheapest, but quality usually costs a bit more.
