Hi all,

I am thinking about buying my first 4wd...possibly a 4runner RV6. My problem is that at 6'9" i am going to have trouble getting in to most trucks..especially ones in my price range. I was investigating the possibility of shifting the entire drivers seat setup back to give me a bit of extra leg room. Has anyone played around with this at all or knows if it can be done? Also, if there is anyone out there who drives a 4runner can you confirm for me that the steering wheel is adjustable height AND reach?

Cheers

Be aware that some of the 3.0 v6 motors had head gasket problems and also had problems associated with the exhaust manifolds as well. Given the age they would be now it would be unlikely you would have any of the above issues but you need to be aware of them. I am sure the wheel is no adjustable for length.

They do have the best seats I have sat in so far for the driver.

Cheers
