something would be amiss to blow up a supercharger....pump enough pressure and you would blow an engine...but a supercharger????
if you want to fit one get a positive displacement one like the Eaton
Positive displacement are roots and screw type....not like the belt driven impeller types
check archives here or better still go to capa site in the riverland of good ol SA

How old is your motor and running gear? That would be the first thing to look at. If your motor has 200,000 or there abouts, I would look at rebuilding it to suit. Then for the price of a rebuild, look at a 350 chev conversion, or 308, or VH45, look at the one Eric has, hes replacing the VH45 (V8 Nissan quad cam), with a Imported Supercharged one... :D

Superchargers are a good option, give good power, with a few less heating issues that turbos cause..

but create a few issues downhill.. As when you let the foot off the gas, the revs grow, and the supercharger keeps creating power, more and snowballs....
