Baz - The Landy
I came through a few days ago and the community is in full swing for next weekends races!
The
free camp areas just out of town are filling up with plenty of vans and campers there already and the Caravan Park looks like it will have the punters packed in like sardines...
The road from
Boulia is in good condition and the
Birdsville Track has the usual corrugations and bull dust patches it normally has. Although I only travelled it as far south as the
Walkers Crossing turn-off to
Innamincka...
For those going, enjoy and stay safe on the roads, especially given the increase in traffic.
