I need to replace my aux battery and was interested to hear what people recommend. The guy from battery world said a 50 amp would set me back $117. Is this a good price? Its just for running the fridge CF-40 on weekend trips. Also my battery cradle/holder does not fit a 70 size. Thanks The Brewman

Battery World at Wantirna, Vic are the cheapest I could find on batteries. If you're in Vic talk to Chris.

Hey Brewy.........(Hmmmmmmmm that reminds me it's time for a cuppa t)

I'd have to agree with Scott......$117- seems expensive for a 50amp batt. I reckon you should check around. I bought a Exide Extreme n70zz last year for $110- from my Goodyear bloke. He gave me a bit of a discount (mate's rates), but I reckon the normal price was only about $120-.

You should be able to get a 50amp for under a ton (or "tonne" if you insist!!!)

Cheers mate
