Hi all.

Have heard a bit about the alcohol restrictions in the Cape. Could someone please tell me exactly where you are not allowed to have more grog than a certain quantity....and how much is this quantity.
We are going up in August.

Cheers Cruisin

Gday Cruisin, try this address http://www.liquor.qld.gov.au/Indigenous/
It gives you the individual restrictions/quantities for all the different areas.

Cruisin from the jardine ferry north you can only carry or buy 1 carton light or mid strength beer and 2 lites of wine per truck. No mixed drinks or ports
Thats etc.
They are going to do random checks and large fines will be issued.
In other communitys no alcohol what so ever visit the above web site and that will help.

All the best
