We are running a trip and was wondering if any one has been on this track recently. What was its condition like?

Yeah, its a gnarly track at the best of times although its 12 months since I was there. The conditions that are still passing thru Vic won't have helped it much. Most of that area has had over 200mm since Friday. I understand Eildon rose over 400mm on Saturday. That is a shipload of water !! The rivers will all be in various stages of flood for the next week or two. The showers will be hanging around most of this week it seems.
Good luck and hope it goes well.

Barry, with the rain of the last few days the rack will be the least of your troubles and it is doubtful if you could get to the start from the Moroka River end at present. I'd check with Licola Store to see what river levels are like.

I think you also have to cross the Barkly River, not sure if the bridge ever goes under. The Black Soil Gully track in will be pretty slippery at the moment, if you are going in from the Glen Cairn end.
