Extreme 2006 Simpson Desert Trip

In the 1980’s we purchased our first four-wheel drive vehicle, a Toyota SR5 4Runner and from then on have ventured out into some very special and remote locations around Australia.

Thanks for that I am glad that you enjoyed our little adventure.

A Degree Confluence is something that anyone with a Hand Help GPS and Camera can log.

If you click on this link Degree Confluence Project it will give you the full history of the project. If you also click on this link, Stephen & Fiona Langman's confluence visits it will show you the special places that we have visited just to get those magic all 00.00.0000 on our GPS.

We got into it years ago and to be honest, we have visited many places that we would never have gone to, if we were not into logging a Degree Confluence. We are so crazy, that our most special one involved a 15 kilometre return walk from where our vehicle was parked, and then out onto Lake Torrens and return, and what made it even more special, we were the first to log it and no one has been crazy enough to log it again.
