Thoughts on VMS P8000 series in-dash sat nav

Hi, does anyone have first hand experience with the new P8000 series of units from VMS? I have an older 7000 series unit, and my experience says that the P8000 would need to be more reliable

Mate had 7000 too, wanted to update due to problems with the 7000, did a bit of research into the 8000 and ended up buying a different brand.
