Hi All,

I have previously posted messages relating to problems I was having when Opposite Lock Blacktown went into liquidation.

I had incomplete work to my trailer & problems with a dual battery system that they installed.

I wish to let everyone know that the parent company in Perth acted very professionally in resolving the outstanding issues with me.

They gave approval for the Brookvale branch to resolve the outstanding issues, which have been completed today.

As a result of my dealings with Opposite Lock in resolving the outstanding issues, I wish to acknowledge that all outstanding issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction, and I need to give credit for the company standing by their warranty of a franchise.

It also needs to be highlighted that the owner of the Brookvale franchise (Ian), seems very knowledgable and he was very professional with all discussions and dealings.

Thanks

TonyG

TonyG,
Glad to hear all resolved, Agree with praise of Ian. Couriers 'lost', (stole??), bits I had ordered from him and were shipped, sent replacements next day, no questions asked.
