Hey guys,
I'm on the hunt for some information on air poles. Does anyone know who makes them or how they're made? I'm interested in getting some custom ones made but don't even know where to look!
Thanks, Dave

Darche make some tents and swags with air poles, that'd be a good place to start.

Outdoor Connection have just done a version of an air tent. No reviews as yet but they make great gear.

I recently purchased a large tent and strayed from the air stuff. It just doesnt sound reliable!

Not sure if they'd like to disclose who makes their tent poles. Suppose there's no harm in asking though!

Hey Crewsy

Are you after tents with air poles or just the air pole - if just the poles I haven't come across any but stand to be corrected.

ATB in your search.

Hi Phil, yeah I'm after stand alone air poles. Looking for someone who custom makes them to suit a custom size canvas tent I would like to build!

All the air tents I"ve seen have the poles built in, that's the point of building them, there's no poles to lug around. I stand to be corrected though and interested to find them if they exist.

The poles are replaceable. They can fail.

Crewsy,

I did buy some inflatable tent pegs once. They were a real let-down!

Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

If you can work with the Darche sized poles, they will sell you them as spare parts.
Very good units. Kevlar construction so you can drive over them in your 4by.

I have one of their Airvolution tents and very happy with teh quality and service.
