Hi,
We had planned to travel that road towards the end of next month & have contacted Julia Creek Info Centre & was told it was a sealed road all the way & suitable for towing a caravan.

Cheers Allan.

I went that road last year, It's sealed all the way. I seem to remember that some of it may be single lane but as we only passed one car and one small truck that was no problem. It was a pleasant drive as it was pretty good and quiet.

We traveled that road three years ago, have to agree with above comment, sealed all the way, and one lane wide in places, or was then.

Shame to read It's now sealed (though locals and a few others would think different)....we took that route years ago as an alternative to the bitumin highway run, was a nice change to get off the black top and a good dirt road to drive on back then.
