Barry
I would ask RACV why they need this info. You are dealing with them.

Barry - Why the dickens would any travel insurance company want that information??
Tell them to shove it, it has nothing to do with the claim.

I've always insured with InsureandGo, never had any problem with them.
Made a claim when I bingled a hire car when reversing.

Paid for the repair on the spot when I returned the car (in Greece).
Made a claim on InsureandGo when I returned to Australia.
Only needed to provide all the necessary paperwork, photos, and any other relevant evidence.
They paid out the claim without a murmur, without any arguments, and within a couple of weeks of submitting it.

Tokio Marine have more than one bad review - and plenty from overseas customers in places such as Singapore.
It seems they like inserting cunning clauses into policies, that give them plenty of reasons to avoid payouts.
