At least a week before hand for the better free
camp sites on both sides of the road from the River to town.

I was told the weekend before is when they start to arrive, they leave very quickly afterwards though.
I was there the Wednesday afterwards and the place was deserted except for some trucks taking portaloos back to
Adelaide
