Mobil super 10W40.is all you require.
or Mobil 1 5 W40 full synthetic. Seals rings better than most, less blowby and less dirtying of lube oil over time.

Have been using Shell HX-5 15W/40 in my 2006 XR6T for past 9 years(206K Kms) with no dramas. Doesn't use any oil between services and economy is down to 8.5L/100, on trips, at the speed limit.

Bob on the XR6T, bit OT but I was having a yak with a pursuit copper the other day at a truck rest area and I asked him about the xr6t he was driving. He said it had 150,000k on it and had lost a bit of it's sting at those K's. He went on to say they had been trialing Kia stingers and they looked like Qld police were going to purchase them for pursuit. He said they had heaps of get up and go, but parts were expensive.

We had a bit of a laugh when he said the only thing he heard from truck drivers was when they were whinging about coppers on the uhf.
