I'm planning a trip from
Mudgee to Port Stephens and wanted to know what the road surface is like on the Wollar Road between the small township of Wollar and where it meets up with the
Bylong Valley way, just north of
Bylong. I have had a look on streetview at various locations and it it shows as unsealed. I just want to make sure that if it is unsealed in parts it would still be suitable for a non 4WD vehicle (Mazda 3).
Cheers

Hi Mark - The following articles might be of assistance? It states the Wollar Rd was recently upgraded in four stages, and the final stage was completed by the end of June 2018.
The contractors website says Wollar Road is now fully sealed, is 9.5M wide, and consists of 8.5M of sealed surface, with .5M gravel shoulder each side.
