HI all, we've only just seen this post and not received any email alerts or calls about it. There has been no outage of the tile server however it is possible that if you have cleared your cookies at an inopportune time that clashed with a refresh of your security token to the server then you might have got that message I guess. No action our end needed but if you ever see something not working as you except, please don't hesitate to send through an email or call using the contact details listed on our Contact Us page (use menu to find this).

Found it's an issue in Chrome. Opened the site in Edge and worked ok

Went into Chrome and reset the setting to original defaults and all good again

FWIW, I have not seen this "tile server error", nor have I seen any other error messages while surfing EO today. I'm running Firefox on Windows 7. :)
