After traveling north on
Googs track and getting to the east west rail line , are we allowd to travel north beside the north south rail line to the Anne Bedell hwy?

I don't know a reason why not, provided you have a permit for the
Woomera Prohibited Area.

Maralinga site is
well worth a visit too - permits available from
Ceduna visitor centre. And the full lenght of the Anne Beadell is a great trip.
