Hi all, just got our new Laptop, a Acer Aspire 1703SC_2.6 with 17" SXGA TFT LCD screen it's basiclly a Laptop with PC screen it was chosen because of it's ease to update and the screen can be viewed from any angle ideal for watching DVDs, anyway my question is, has anyone got instuctions (booklet type) for OziExplorer, we have installed the program and are about to install GEO/ Data, 2 disc's of extra maps and well i feel more comfortible reading out of a book, sheets of A4 paper.

Baz.

Ps, any info on this laptop would'nt go astray either.

DO THE TUTORIALS!!!!

i guarantee you... they are dead simple and easy to follow.

spend 2 hours on the tutorials and then go for a drive with your lappie and gps...

if you can't get your head around it within a few hours you should sell the lot and buy a sextant :)

cheers,

KG

I agree with KG. Do the tutorials and read the online help that comes with the package. It is very easy to read and by far the most comprehensive literature on the application.

If you have access to a reasonable printer, print the entire help file. It's easier than reading it from the screen and a good reference book as well.
