I cannot remember the last time I "really" waited for the postie to arrive. Must have been when I was nine or ten, and probably around my birthday.
Well, today, I relived that wonderful experience. No, I'm not waiting for a refund on my BAS, no, I'm not even waiting for my next 4 x 4 mag. What I was waiting for was for something of far greater significance.....
For a little while now, okay, a big while, I have been trying to wrangle a free EO sticker from David, but it has fallen upon deaf ears, however, a fellow forumite in the western state took pity on me, and forwarded one on to me.
It arrived today, in an envelope marked " Attention Lone Wolf"........ with my address as
well, cause the postie doesn't know where lone wolf lives, cause, it's a secret.
Anyway, I opened the envelope, and behold, the prize was there!
I will apply this decal to my Delica, just think, the ONLY Deleca in the WORLD with this sticker.....
I have enjoyed the banter, and I sort of won out in the end and got my sticker, now, wonder if David is going to have little embroidered badges done up................................. cause I can't think of stuff to write about now!
