Have been quoted $200 per tyre for Cooper A/T's in 225/70/15 "Softroader" size. Fitted and balanced, but without the Cooper warranty because of the rural location. Is this a decent price or should I be looking else where?

I just got quoted $188 plus fitting for a single 205/70/15 (spare Subaru Forester) so they are not too far off the mark. I actually already have had a set on mine for 42K and they are going strong. I really can not fault them ...

I actually had a set of 192/75/14 Cooper LTs on an old L-Series and I definitely got my 80K out of them. They are more hard wearing than the ATs but I doubt they would handle as well.

I paid $205 for 225/75/16 which was a pricing mistake in my favour of $40 :-) , and then times that by 6 tyres LOL ;-))

I did learn tho to get the quote in writing or a quote #.

$200 sounds good
