Just purchased EOTrackMe, when I try to down load it to my laptop I get the following message "Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider"

Nothing wrong with my network connection.

I have left a message on Exploroz Online Support but no joy there

I'm going away on Saturday, 20th, for 2 months.
Looks like I will not be able down load my track progress,
Grrrrr.
