O.K. I'm thinking there's a problem with your laptops new hard drive reloaded programmes (or your reloaded email programme) rejecting the Exploroz website.
You need to ensure that the Exploroz website and emails from Exploroz are whitelisted, or allowed, and not blocked.
Check that the add-ons you need to access the Exploroz site are allowed. Pop-up blockers are known to cause problems with logins.
Numerous Anti-virus programmes are also guilty of blocking access to websites that they think are suss, because their sensitivity is too high.
You could try disabling your AV temporarily to see if that makes any difference.
Not knowing what programmes you have loaded, or how your email accounts are structured, or what email programmes you're using, makes it more difficult to troubleshoot.
Gmail can apparently cause, and has caused, login error messages on here in the past.
If nothing works, contact Admin via your desktop PC, and they may be able to get back to you tomorrow with assistance.
