Tried to log on but all I get is the following message "An error has occured please try again"
I tried again but get the same message.
What can I do ??

Thanks Ron, I posted this thread from my desk PC where I can login no problem.
When I try to login on my Laptop, there is where I get the message.

Thanks Ron, I have checked the account on my desk PC and all looks good.
I am not able to check the laptop account because it won't let me log in.
By the way, my laptop login was no problem last week. since then I had a corrupted hard drive.
I have installed a new drive and reloaded all my previous programs.
Since then I have the Exploroz login problem.

Hmm, that complicates things. Have you tried registering a new account with Exploroz on the laptop - using your current account email address and username?

Yes tried that but it will not accept the same email and pass word for a new account.
Makes sense I guess

O.K. I'm thinking there's a problem with your laptops new hard drive reloaded programmes (or your reloaded email programme) rejecting the Exploroz website.

You need to ensure that the Exploroz website and emails from Exploroz are whitelisted, or allowed, and not blocked.
Check that the add-ons you need to access the Exploroz site are allowed. Pop-up blockers are known to cause problems with logins.

Numerous Anti-virus programmes are also guilty of blocking access to websites that they think are suss, because their sensitivity is too high.

You could try disabling your AV temporarily to see if that makes any difference.

Not knowing what programmes you have loaded, or how your email accounts are structured, or what email programmes you're using, makes it more difficult to troubleshoot.
Gmail can apparently cause, and has caused, login error messages on here in the past.

If nothing works, contact Admin via your desktop PC, and they may be able to get back to you tomorrow with assistance.

However at this stage I will wait till I can make contact with Michelle.
Hopefully she may be able to fix the problem from their end

I am logged in and can start a new topic, so the issue appears not to be system-wide..

Did you go through the Captcha "I am not a robot" routine below the text edit box?

That is a new feature to help reduce the spam the site was getting.
