Good afternoon fellow travellers, I was just wondering why when you do a search for bush fire alerts and warnings, on a normal Google search you have to log in via face book to get the information that you require . I don't have a face book account and I don't intend to get one , and if this is off topic I do apologise .

Hi Broodie H3,

I am pretty sure every state has an Emergency Services App that has this sort of info. NSW - Fires Near Me, VIC - Emergency Services etc. Of course you have to have a phone signal for them to work, but so does Google.
