Truma UltraRapid shower hose

Hi all. Our camper came with a Truma system fitted as standard. However we have a slight issue in that the hose is insanely short and all but usless. Has anyone cut and extended theirs or found a longer hose?

This came up on our camper trailer site. One issue was the fitting on the model discussed was not a standard size and needed a bushing (get it from a plumbing supplier). This maybe the same with the Truma.
I extended
mine with one from ‘Wish’. If you google “extra long shower hoses” it comes up with the wish one I bought @ 2.5m long.
