Hi i have version of exploroz 3.11.3
and just went to update my
places and tracks ( last updated Sept 2019) but appears to be freezing up. and not completed
tired several times with log off shut down and relog between each attempt
any suggestions
also getting error on updating / reloading maps (2015 version)
message is “unable to save tiles ( error line 1 ...449117...etc

Might be best to go to help desk (scroll to bottom of the screen) and get help with that from Michelle and David

mine and doing the same thing, freezes when it gets to “Saving”.

HI gmcliff - got your Help Desk job request and looking at it now. Our Apple
test device successfully downloaded
Places &
Treks etc on Friday 6th March prior to sending the newsletter on Sat 7th so we were quite surprised to hear this problem, but David has just advised me he has just located the cause of the issue and has just fixed it (30mins after starting work Monday) - this is only an issue for Apple users. Please look out for the bug fix in V3.11.4. NOTE: Apple store approval process may take 24hrs for this version to appear in the store. Sorry about this.
