My mate in Hobart had a heated pool in the front room for his exercise a bit like that, and my mate fell in , wife stripped off to get him out , but when the dog fell in wife jumped in clothes and all to get dog out . I suppose thats not it but close

An interesting tour but they leave out a lot of Feye's not so reputable ventures. Not all of her money was raised from their own opal finds.
A close relative of mine worked for a transport company that she was an agent for and got to know her fairly well ( and the girls that worked for her ).
It was a typical isolated mining comunity of the era.
