pretty disappointed in myself and this app to find out the multiple phones/ipads has to be the same format. iphones ipads and androids.

i put it on my phone android thinking i could run it on my ipad but nope

Try Memory Map, it allows 1 map licence to run across all your platforms, Android, IOS, Windows and Mac.

I am running maps with 1 licence on 2 PC ( one at home and 1 in the car), My android phone, my IPAD and an android navigator in the dashboard.

I can print trip specific maps on the PC at home on A3, and have them as back up & planning for the trips. I never have to buy a paper map again.

It also allows you to do a free trial for up to 7 days. Another thing I would like to see with EO before committing to buy it.

I assume you're referring to Exploroz Traveller

If its any consolation, you will not need to purchase the maps again, only the App for the different OS.
