tallowa dam at kangaroo valley had approx 3.5 metres of water ABOVE the dam wall this week,this flowed into the shoalhaven..

They say hind sight is 20/20 vision, i see a narrowing of the river where the bridge is, which will have the effect of backing the flow/ tide up. Just think another meter higher or 10 more meters wider would have seen it have no damage.
