Hey there,

I recently had a chance to travel in the Gibson Desert.

Coming down the Hunt Oil Road I put together this video.

The country is really dry out there, quite bad.
Hopefully there will be some rains soon.

I did see two dingos down the southern end of the track.

I hope you enjoy the video!!

Cheers
Alan

Thank you Alan for your presentations. I was lucky to be out there some time ago and really enjoy all your videos. I would certainly love to get around like you do but when I can watch yours and Mick O'S videos it is some consolation and I am in awe.
Thank you for showing us our country
Laurie.

I really love that drive. I see you had the irrepressible Mr B with you as well. Looks like you had a great time. Hopefully 2021 for us if Dan ever releases us that is! Thanks for sharing.

Mick, good luck with Dan... but it won't help you. WA is out of bounds, forever... :-(. Cheers. JB.

Hey Mick O, the irrepressible Mr B lol.
I reckon Dan is doing a great job, he's protected you from enjoying yourself over in WA and other places - what a man.

Jokes aside, it was a great trip, although a bit warm around 40C for days.

Thank you Alan.
I have no possibilities to travel to such areas but I have one really bad desire to do so.
Your video gives me an incredible sense of what I am unfortunately unable to experience first hand and is really appreciated.
Once again, thank you.
Bob

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your response.
I am glad that I can reflect somewhat, what it feels like out there.
Alan
