Recently did a trip to the Northern part of Tassie and trying to save/archive our trip, i press the save/archive button and a message comes up "an error has occured during the save process- please try again". Can some one tell me what i'm doing wrong.

On line with home computer, but get same problem if using iphone.

Ok
Open EO Traveller on iPad or phone
Tap on Home
Go down to Tracker, and enable
Then go down further and select Track logs
Tap on Create new track log
Fill in details of dates
Create a name
Description
Create Track log
May take a little while depending on how far your trip was

The computer doesn't show a location error at any point after opening EO Traveller does it? I recently had a problem saving treks I created on my PC. After messaging Michelle and working with her, the problem was found to be, that it couldn't be saved while the PC was looking for the location. The fix was to disable location services for EO Traveller. Perhaps a similar issue?
