Off tomorrow arvo for the Birdsville trip. Going via White Cliffs Cameron Corner and Innamincka.
Looks like we will be in Innamincka about the same dates as Burke & Wills died.
Hope this is not an omen.
Any other OE formites in the area look for a Silver Fronteria & camper tralier being followed by a X Trail & Subi forester( Unless I have managed to loose them).
Look forward to catching up with some of you.
Ruth D, if you read this we will be tyhere about 4 July

Arranging to go on to Broardband at home, so I hope to be able to post the trip with maps & pics when I get back. Work willing, but if today is any thing to go on , I will have to spend a week filling the waste paper bin just getting into the office when I get back.

We will be in Innamincka on 2nd, and Birdsville 3rd, 4th with the LCOOL (Land Cruiser Owners OnLine) Double Simpson Crossing (4th-19th Jul)

Exploroz sticker on bottom left of rear window, champagne Prado with Rhino racks..

Hope they have graded the roads between White Cliffs and Camerons Corner in the last month or so. If not just take it easy. Have fun.

Thanks Willem. if the greader hasn't been past I will just slow down, part of the fun of the trip to wach the soft roaders I will have in tow work their way thru the wheel ruts.
just had the ABC news on the bo and it seems that Cobar had 5 mil rain and more forcast for tomorrow so we might not get past White Cliffs.
